β Returns
We currently accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.
To initiate a return, please email us at therockswater@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photo or video proof
Once your return is approved, weβll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
π« Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used cans/products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products marked as final sale or discounted under a campaign
π Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please request a return and place a new order.
