Refund and Returns Policy

We currently accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

To initiate a return, please email us at therockswater@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof

Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cans/products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products marked as final sale or discounted under a campaign

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please request a return and place a new order.
